Flight alerts are price monitoring tools that track specific flight routes. When you create an alert, Ziri.app monitors prices for your chosen route and sends you an email notification when prices drop below your maximum price threshold. This helps you catch the best deals without constantly checking prices yourself.

On your dashboard, find the "Add New Alert" form. Enter your origin airport code (e.g., LAX), destination airport code (e.g., JFK), and your maximum price in USD. Click "Add Alert" and we'll start monitoring that route for you immediately.

IATA airport codes are 3-letter codes used to identify airports worldwide. For example: LAX (Los Angeles), JFK (New York JFK), LHR (London Heathrow), CDG (Paris Charles de Gaulle). You can search online for "airport code + city name" to find any airport code you need.

There's no limit on the number of flight alerts you can create! Track as many routes as you'd like. This is especially useful if you're planning multiple trips or want to compare different destination options.

On your dashboard, find the alert you want to remove in your alerts list. Click the red "Delete" button next to that alert. You'll receive a confirmation message once the alert has been deleted.

The "max price" is the maximum amount (in USD) you're willing to pay for a flight on that route. You'll only receive notifications when flight prices drop below this threshold. Set it to your budget to ensure you only hear about deals that work for you.

Notifications are sent automatically to your registered email address when flight prices drop below your alert thresholds. Make sure to check your spam folder if you don't see our emails in your inbox. Add alerts@ziri.app to your contacts to ensure delivery.

You'll receive: (1) A welcome email when you sign up, (2) Price alert emails when deals matching your criteria are found, (3) Password reset emails if you request them. We only send relevant notifications - no spam or marketing emails.

Yes! Go to your Profile page from the navigation menu, update your email address, enter your current password for verification, and click "Update Profile". All future notifications will be sent to your new email address.
