Help
Ziri tells you when a flight becomes bookable. Here is how that works, and what to do when it doesn't.
Getting started
Alerts
Do I need an account?
No. There is nothing to sign up for and no password to forget. An alert is your email address, a route and a month. The link in each email is the only credential, so keep the email if you want to change anything.
How many emails will I get?
One. When your dates open we email you once and the alert is finished. We never send newsletters, offers or reminders.
How do I cancel an alert?
Open any email we sent you about it and follow the link. That page shows the alert and has a cancel button. If you have lost the email, write to support@ziri.app and we'll remove every alert for your address.
Can I watch several routes at once?
Yes. Submit the form again for each one. To keep the daily check honest we limit how many alerts one address can create in a day; if you hit it, try again tomorrow.
Can I change the dates on an alert?
Not directly. Cancel it and create a new one; it takes about ten seconds.
Why a flight isn't bookable yet
Why can't I book next summer already?
Low-cost airlines release their schedule in batches, typically six to nine months ahead, and never announce the date in advance. Until the batch containing your dates is released there is genuinely no flight to buy, on any website.
Isn't this what a price alert does?
No. A price alert watches a fare that already exists. If the airline hasn't put your dates on sale there is no fare, so there is nothing for it to watch. Ziri watches the airline's release instead.
The month strip shows some months bright and some grey. Why?
Bright months are on sale now. Grey months are either not yet released or not flown at all: plenty of routes are summer-only or winter-only. Clicking a grey month lets you set an alert for it.
Will the price be cheapest the day it opens?
Usually the opening fares are the lowest the route will see, because nothing has sold yet. But we don't promise it. We tell you when booking opens; the price is between you and the airline.
Coverage and accuracy
Which airlines do you cover?
Ryanair today. Other low-cost airlines will follow as we add them. We are not affiliated with any of them.
My airport isn't in the suggestions.
Try the city name as well as the code; some airports are listed under a name you may not expect. If it is genuinely missing, no airline we cover flies there yet.
How often do you check?
Every day. The landing page shows when the last check ran. An alert therefore reaches you within a day of the release, not within a minute of it.
You said a route was closed but I can book it.
That means our last check was before the airline released it, or the airline is showing you something we didn't see. Book it. Then tell us at support@ziri.app so we can find out why we were behind.
Emails not arriving
If you were expecting an alert and it hasn't come:
- Check the spam or junk folder, and search for ziri.app.
- Confirm the address you typed. A typo means the alert exists but points somewhere you can't read.
- Remember the alert only fires when the route opens. Silence usually means the airline still hasn't released those dates.

Privacy and data
What do you store about me?
Your email address, the route and dates, and the IP address that created the alert, for rate limiting. Nothing else. See the privacy policy.
Will you sell my address or send me offers?
No, and no. Your address is used for the alert you asked for and nothing else.
Delete everything you hold about me.
Email support@ziri.app from the address concerned and we will, within a month and usually the same week.
